When attempting to open a conversation with someone, you may be told that the conversation is no longer available. There are a few reasons for this:
- The other member blocked you. This may happen from time to time, if you didn’t say anything wrong, it’s likely not personal and you shouldn’t feel discouraged. Try messaging someone else, plenty of fish in the sea!
- The other member’s account was suspended or banned for violating the Cherish community guidelines.
- The other member deleted or deactivated their account. Our members may delete or deactivate their accounts in certain scenarios, for example having met someone. In these cases, conversations with these members will become unavailable.
